You can add entries to your web log for your users to find by category and/or date. You can entertain your readers, make suggestions, recommendations, and impart your knowledge and wisdom for the world to appreciate. Your readers can comment on your posts allowing substantial interaction with them.
Commenting can be made Public, Private or None (disallowed). You can enable CAPTCHA to prevent spam entries.

| The comments feature has three modes of operation: 1. public - anybody can submit comments 2. private - must be logged on to comment 3. none at all. As the author notes, you can enable CAPTCHA to prevent spam. |
