Form Module

The Form page module enables you to setup a custom form to gather information from your visitors and users. The information is gathered through textfields, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-down menus, and other interface items which you specify, and sent to an email address of your choice. Information submitted is also stored in the backend database, and can be browsed directly here, in the Admin. The form may optionally contain a captcha, to help avoid spamming.

Common uses include Contact Us forms, Registration or Sign-up forms, etc.
